About Us

To relate well with other people we need to relate well with ourselves. We need to be in a good relationship with ourselves if we want to be in a good relationship with another person. To relate well with ourselves we need to know ourselves.  We need to know who we truly are, we need to be in touch with our core essential self, and we need to stay connected with it at all times.  Then we will become brave enough to drop the mask and to show our true self to the world.  Then and only then we will be able to connect with another person in a genuine and authentic way.  Establishing a good relationship with another person is a domino effect of establishing a good relationship with ourselves, which is a domino effect of knowing ourselves, which is a domino effect of slowing down and applying our consciousness to our body and breathing...  Applying our consciousness to our body and to our breathing involves many skills and techniques, which I share with my clients, however it begins with one very simple thing:  paying attention to our body, noticing the body, acknowledging the body and making a commitment to the body not to disconnect from it and get lost in the world of thoughts but to bring back the attention to the body as often as possible. Remember that you have a body. Paying attention to the body and loving, caring and praising the body, expressing gratitude to the body. This begins an exciting, insightful, profound and regenerating process of developing a relationship with ourselves and the stronger this relationship grows, the stronger becomes our ability to build relationships with other people.  All love begins with self-love.  Easier said than done.  It takes a life-time to become good at loving ourselves, thanks to all the social and cultural conditioning that has shaped us to be self-neglectful, self-critical, self-sabotaging  and self-denying.  And that is where I become useful.  I am good at making you good at loving yourself.  That deep shift of consciousness re-aligns all the conditions and circumstances in our lives, and where previously there was scarcity of love, it brings abundance of love.  There is no need to micro-manage ourselves by learning communication skills and negotiating skills to create better loving conditions in our lives.  Learning communication and relationships skills in a desperate attempt to correct the lack of love in one’s circumstances, shows in itself a deep mistrust of oneself, and deep disconnection from oneself.  When a person is connected with their true self and loves every aspect of oneself, they will say the right words at the right time to create the best loving circumstances for themselves.  When a person is disconnected from oneself, they believe that something is wrong with them and to correct the situation they start learning skills, which unfortunately amplifies their concept of themselves as being under-developed, incomplete, in lack.  And it is that poor concept of themselves that leads to lack of love.
